24th August 2023 – Peel Regional Police has arrested and charged one 34-year-old driving instructor in a sexual assault investigation.
Allegedly, 17-year-old victim was taking driving lessons which she was sexually assaulted by the accused.
On August 19, 2023, police arrested Muhammad Farooq, resident of Mississauga and charged him with the below offences.
- Sexual Assault
- Sexual Exploitation
The accused will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton on September 18, 2023.
Muhammad Farooq works as an independent driving school instructor in Greater Toronto Area.
