26th April 2023 – A 62-year-old Brampton resident, Sunil Anand, has been arrested and charged by the Peel Regional Police under a sexual assault investigation.
Anand, who was employed as a Homeopathic doctor in the City of Brampton has been charged with the below offences:
- Sexual Assault
- Sexual Interference
It is alleged that on 23rd April 2023, a young person who had attended Anand’s clinic was sexually assaulted during medical examination.
The accused works in a private clinic in the city of Toronto as well.
Police fear that there may be other victims as well and has appealed the public to share any such information with the investigators.
