Peel Police charges two from Mississauga in drug trafficking investigation

13th March 2025 – Peel Regional Police has charged two individuals with multiple drug-related offences and possessing a large quantity of Canadian currency.

On Friday, February 14, 2025, CIRT officers executed a Criminal Code search warrant on a residence in the area of Goreway Drive and Brandon Gate Drive in the City of Mississauga.

As a result of the search warrant, investigators seized the following:

  • 10kg of Crystal Methamphetamines
  • 9g of Heroin
  • 213 suspected opiate pills
  • $46,145.00 of Canadian currency was seized

A child was removed from the residence and taken to a place of safety.

Sarbinder Kaur, a 27-year-old woman from Mississauga, was arrested and charged with the following offences:

  • Possession for Purpose of Trafficking (X2)
  • Possession for the Purpose – Heroin
  • Possession for the Purpose – Methamphetamines

Manthan Sharma, a 25-year-old man from Mississauga, was arrested and charged with the following offences:

  • Possession for Purpose of Trafficking (X2)
  • Possession for the Purpose – Heroin
  • Possession for the Purpose – Methamphetamines

Both individuals were held for bail hearings and appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton.
