2nd November 2024 – Investigators of Peel Regional Police have arrested two more individuals in a shooting homicide investigation.
On 30th August 2024, police responded to a residential address on Milestone Drive in Brampton where they located an adult male deceased in a vehicle who had been shot. The family of the victim has requested to keep the identity of the victim confidential.
According to the media release by the police department, the two individuals arrested have been identified as below –
Manvir Khabra, 21-year-old male from Brampton has been charged with Manslaughter
An 18-year-old male has been charged with Manslaughter. This individual was a minor at the time of the incident.
A general provision of the Youth Criminal Justice Act (Y.C.J.A.) prohibits the release of a Young Person’s name; therefore, the identity of the Young Person charged in this investigation is protected.
